Arcade classics: intro to 2d game creation
Program Description
If you would like to learn some basics behind video game programming this camp is for you! Using the Unity 3D game engine, students will create simple 2D games reminiscent of classic arcade titles. When the course is complete, you will take home your creations to show off to family and friends!
Other Information
- This summer camp is intended for students between 12 and 18 years old.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Camp will end at 3pm daily, but students are welcome to continue working on their projects until 5pm.
- A pizza party will be held on the final day for all students.
- Students may bring their own lunch from home, but no microwave or refrigerator will be available.
Location: AIE Lafayette Campus
Held at AIE located at 537 Cajundome Blvd, Ste 211, Lafayette (in the LITE Center).

- Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu session | 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 30hrs per week for 1 weeks
