Considering a career in games, 3D or VFX?
Discover the programs designed to get you started in game development, 3D animation and visual effects at the AIE Open House on Sat December 7th, 2024. Both campuses will be opening their doors to visitors eager to find out about upcoming full-time and part-time programs.
The day will include presentations on different areas of industry as well as information about AIE programs and entry requirements. Student work will be on display and our instructors will be available to speak with you about how AIE can get you into a creative career.

AIE Programs and Career Pathways
Description Time The games and film industry continues to grow significantly in both the United States and overseas. During this session, participants will be given an in-depth analysis of the industry as well as detailed information on the programs that AIE offers, and the application process. 10:00am

GAME ART AND ANIMATION
Description Time Game artists create all the amazing graphics in the games you love to play. They are responsible for creating the characters, environments, all the visual effects plus a range of other tasks that impact on the visual style of the game. 10:30am

GAME DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Description Time Game Designers are instrumental in the development of the concepts, story and implementation of game play dynamics in video game production. They are the visionaries and evangelists and are vital in the development process. AIE's Game Design and Production instructors will be providing information on the content of this program. 10:30am

Description Time 3D artists create all the amazing visual content we see on our screens. This session will provide an in-depth look at AIE's 3D Animation and VFX program with specific details on each of the units covered in the program.
